Building Inspection Division
The Building Inspection Division’s primary goal is to is to establish and maintain Code requirements for the purpose of safeguarding the public health, safety, and general welfare of the Town.
The Town of Easton’s Code Enforcement Office is authorized to enforce the provisions of the Town of Easton Code exclusive of criminal codes, under Chapter 2 Administration, Article VII.

Easton Utilities strives to enhance the quality of life in our community by providing reliable, competitively priced utility and communication services through skilled, safety-oriented and customer-focused employees.
The Engineering Department is responsible for the design, implementation, and inspection of all community-related infrastructure, including roads and sidewalks, as well as stormwater runoff-related infrastructure, such as the stormdrain system, stormwater management, and stream restorations. The department also reviews proposed private property development, specifically related to improvements in the town right-of-way, stormwater management, and traffic, and is responsible for issuing grading permits and right-of-way permits.

Planning & Zoning
The Planning and Zoning Commission is in the process of comprehensively reviewing and updating the Town’s Zoning Ordinance.
The Easton Police Department has been serving the community with pride since 1906.
Public Works is responsible for the maintenance and operation of Town infrastructure.
