Article XVIII. Effective Date and Subsequent Amendments

§31-18.1 Enacted

This Ordinance is hereby enacted and becomes effective April 8, 2018. This Ordinance may be amended as required. All amendments to this Ordinance are subject to the approval of the Department of Natural Resources.
