Frank's Easton journey began at the age of 15 when his family returned here following his father's retirement from the Navy. The town quickly became home. Today, he cherishes moments with his wife, Iryna, their daughter, Maria, and their dog, Mississippi Queen, all set against the backdrop of Easton's unique charm. The Gunsallus' attend St. Mark's United Methodist Church.
Educated at Easton High School and Salisbury University, Frank's professional path is diverse and has taken him into the field of technology as an Account Manager at BDK Inc. (a local firm that specializes in data management and cloud computing) after specializing in marketing at APG Chesapeake, he also taught English in Buenos Aires, Argentina and Medellín, Colombia.
A dedicated community member, Frank has been recognized by the Easton Rotary Club with both the Rookie of the Year and the Dave Haslup "Service Above Self" awards. While his role as Council President marks his inaugural elected office, he has previously engaged with local governance through Government Affairs committees in the Talbot County Chamber of Commerce and the Mid-Shore Board of Realtors.
Beyond his work, he holds significant positions in local organizations, including the Board of Directors for the Talbot County Chamber of Commerce and for Easton Rotary Club. With a blend of global experiences and a deep love for Easton, Frank is committed to the town's future.
